The spacious garden offered a serene space for relaxation.
We faced significant inconveniences during our stay. The bathroom lighting in our Family Room with Garden View was too dim, making it difficult to see while getting ready. the lack of nearby shops meant we had to drive quite a distance for any groceries or essentials, which was a hassle. Finally, the attic rooms were quite cramped, leaving little space for comfort after a long day.

Dining at the Rose was a delight! Each morning, Isabelle served up fresh pastries and baked goodies, perfect fuel for our adventure. Plus, the spacious garden with picnic tables welcomed us to unwind and soak up the countryside vibes. We also loved the comfortable room that became our cozy family base during our stay!
The only hiccup? You'll definitely want to rent a car. While everything else sparkled, the car was a must for getting to nearby spots.

Isabelle's hospitality was truly touching. The area is serene, surrounded by rolling hills and a lovely garden that added to the charm. Breakfast was impressive with freshly baked options. Though the nearest shops are a bit far, it's a minor trade-off for such a peaceful stay near Disneyland.

Attic Double Rooms offer a cozy sleeping space with a decent bathroom, though limited room to lounge. The breakfast features fresh French bread and croissants, perfect to start your day. There's parking available behind the house.
The attic rooms might disappoint if you're looking for extra space to relax. they’re more suited for sleeping than lounging. the information pamphlets being entirely in French could be a bit of a hurdle for non-French speakers, limiting the enjoyment of local offerings.

Our stay at the Rose in Saint-Germain-sur-Morin was quite pleasant. We had the Quadruple Room with Bath, perfect for our family of four, and we really appreciated the cleanliness. The garden was a peaceful retreat after our busy days at Disneyland. Each morning started off wonderfully with fresh pastries and baguettes that Isabelle prepared for breakfast. the kids loved it and it fueled us for our adventures. Isabelle provided fantastic tips on getting around, particularly about parking near Val d'Europe train station, which saved us some money when visiting Disneyland. On the downside, the attic rooms seem a bit cramped, making them suited mainly for sleeping, not lounging. finding shops nearby was a challenge. we needed to drive for groceries and other necessities. while it had some inconveniences, the hospitality and homey vibe made up for it.
